Recieved a cpap machine from lincare paid an initial setup fee of $48.31. Was told my co insurance would be $12.00 per month for 10 months and had to be automatically deducted from my checking account.
So far they have taken out the following,
6/28 $3.37
7/28 $16.16
8/28 $25.58
9/28 $49.88
I called the local office was given the number for billing which I called. The lady I spoke to said the $25.58 charge was because I had let them send me an extra mask which I had not been told at the time I would owe a copay for. Beyond that she said she couldn't figure out why they were billing me random amounts. Said she would have a supervisor look into it and call me. This month though I have refused to let them send me extra equipment my auto deduction jumped to $49.88
