The manager April and the csr Carol are related by marriage yet are allowed to work in the same office. Carol has bullied and harassed several employees yet her evil actions get covered up by the manager and even the district supervisor has done nothing to stop the actions. It is againt lincare company policy to have an unfair union of relatives in won office yet uppermanagement has swrptthis under the rug just like the hippaviolations in that office. Carol sanders should be removed for unethical behavior andcreating hostile work environment. Complianceis either unaware or has just neglectedcorporate rules. If the manager isscared of organ not control her csr maybe they need a manager who can control disruptive behavior.
