MY DR. MITHCHELL ENGLER SENT YOU PRESCRIPTIONS FOR C-PAP SUPPLIES FOR BOTH MY WIFE & I..ON APRIL 10 2019
AFTER SEVERAL CALLS ATTEMPTING TO ORDER SAME, YOU REPS. HAVE SAID " WE'LL CALL YOU IN 24-48 hours TO CHECK YOUR INSURANCE' IT"S BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS ALREADY... WITH NO SUPPLIES. TALKED TO TIM AT "I CARE" & WAS TRANSFERED TO C-PAP SUPPLIES REP... AFTER HE SAID MY" WIFE WAS GOOD TO GO" & THAT HE WOULD LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM. NOW SPOKE TO MORIAH WHO TOLD ME SHE"COULDN'T TAKE MY WIFE'S ORDER "!!! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE>>>ASKED TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR...THAT CALL WENT DIRECTLY TO VOICE MAIL !!!
10 YEARS WE'VE BEEN WITH YOUR COMPANY.!!! WILL ASK DOCTOR TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL SEE TO OUR NEEDS . UPON CHECKING ...YOU HAVE A ONE STAR REVIEW AND PAGES OF COMPLAINTS . NEXT LETTER GOING TO MEDICARE TO ASK THAT YOU BE REMOVED AS A SUPPLIER. AS NONE OF YOU ARE DOING THE JOB.
