Months ago received wrong product

I received a CPAP hose from Lincare which was the first CPAP hose they sent me. When I opened the package I realized that the product was wrong. I went back into the Lincare store locally and they said because the package was open they could not take it back even though it had not been used.

I would have to call a certain number that had 24 hr. service. That number was always stating they were closed and with no way to leave my number. I called this store locally several times for help and finally went in. They said they had no power to do anything. I was supposed to continually try to get them. Then extremely frustrated with all time on this issue I went back into the local store and had the clerk call while I stood there watching Lincare local assist call that 24 hr number and she also heard the recording that the number services was closed.

I wrote a scathing letter to the CEO / Manager of Lincare at their headquarters to please get this taken care of quickly. AGAIN! Did not hear one world. They have charged Medicare, sent me a bill over and over and over again but they will not take back the crap they sent me. Apria and was so happy as they are so organized and keep track of what you want, service is great and they never overcharge the customer for the equipment. They fix anything that doesn't work and have AAA+ service. For the sake of those on Medicare that use CPAP equipment, I hope that Medicare drops those crooks called Lincare.
