Lincare is awful; do not expect positive outcomes from dealing with them. They cannot process changes of address, update CPAP compliance information in patient records, empty their voicemail boxes, return phone calls, process insurance claims or any other customer service related issues without significant problems. Not worth the hassle. Returning CPAP machine to them ASAP!
