I had an appointment for Lincare to come out and service my oxygen machine at their request. I've told the lady that called that I have been dealing with death in the family which was February of 2017 my brother died of lung cancer October 2017 my father in law died of lung cancer two days after my father-in-law dying my brother was rushed to the hospital with heart failure. I am in the process of having my gallbladder taken out as soon as possible and in January I am to have my esophagus stretched and my stomach explored. Now I talked to the lady on the phone set up an appointment and ask for all the hoses for the oxygen tank I said all hoses which included I believe I have a CPAP machine from Lincare to they didn't even know if it's their CPAP machine. Which I know it is. So the driver calls me and I asked him if he had all the equipment with him from the oxygen tank and the CPAP machine. He said he didn't so I told him to get the supplies and come back at a later time. He goes back to his office and tells the lady that made the appointment for him to come out to service the oxygen machine. The driver lied he went back and told her that he called while he was standing at my front door. In actuality what took place was he called and said he was in the area and if he could stop by I asked him if he had all the equipment with him which I assume since they gave me the CPAP machine that they would have the supplies there. But apparently that comes from another company. the driver lied. He was not at my front door he told me pacifically over the phone he was in the area( if he's calling me and standing at my front door my dogs would have went off barking constantly until I investigated who was at my door) why would you stand beside someone's door and give them a phone call that don't make sense and had the equipment and could he stop by no because he didn't have all the equipment with him that I thought they were going to bring. Now the lady that I made an appointment with is getting shitty with me. And threaten to remove the equipment . So I had an appointment with them again and they decide to cancel the appointment without even notifying me even though I called and she said oh I'm personally coming out with the man that Services machines How sick am I check pictures out.
