Bank card

To whom it may concern I have a u.s. ReliaCard and it is locked I have money on it I have called to put in for a replacement and they have not sent my replacement card because they are saying something about I have a restriction on it and they will not tell me what the Restriction is I have emailed the people to find out and I'm not very happy with this situation so I either want my money off the card or I want a replacement card I have not done anything wrong with this account but I have then try to keep in contact with somebody to find out what the deal is going on so if any mail possible please send me a replacement card ASAP
