I ordered a dress from this company which was one size, when it arrived 4/8/15, it was so small it would only have fitted a school child, I contacted them to find out how to send it back for a full refund and finally got an address and was told to send it back by recorded delivery which I did 6/8/15, I checked that it had been received and signed for 20/8/15, I emailed them again on 28/8/15 chasing my refund and was told that they hadn't received the dress and asked for the Tracker number which I gave them , I have heard nothing else, I emailed them again 1/9/15 but still no response. This web site/company is a complete con and something should be done to prevent them from trading.
