INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR, SCAMMER, POSSIBLE DANGEROUS INDIVIDUAL

This seller is a SCAMMER, I believe he's trying to lure people to his home through bogus auctions. Sent me a dirty picture of a lower body part. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SELLER. I have tried to report this person to LISTIA, BUT the site will not allow it.
