I called on 11-28-17 to make payment arranofor Dec. 6, 2017. I've done this one other time with loan mart with no problem, but on the 28 the a representative name Alice @ LM told me she couldn't due the payment because it's the "end of the month and they have to make quotas" I'm asking what quota, what does that have to due with me?? She said I have to call back December 1st 17 and discuss my payment arrangements I tried to explain I've done this one time before with no problem. She kept saying to call on the first. I got a call the next day from LM and spoke to a Vanessa she refused to do the payment arrangement and told to me to call on the first and speak to collections I was shock to hear after 2 days past due date I'm in collections??? Vanessa mention I was a long time customer and I've paid on time inspite of that her and Alice was very curt and dry with me. I asked to speak with a supervisor only to be transferred to some voice mail I left a message and call LM back I spoke to a Pete I asked again for a supervisor he said he would transfer me if I get voice mail leave a message I got voice mail again left another message...
What quota are they doing when they can't make a payment arrangement and after 2 days past due date ur in collections????
