I went to Logan roadhouse on a Wednesday ordered a t bone steak, didn't have any baked potatoes, and broccoli. It took 1 1/2 hour for me to get it and it was cold as ice. when I asked why it was cold, I was asked if I wanted them to warm it up in the microware. In the hour and a half that I waited for this to go order. I was told repeatly that they were working on it. I went to Logan's because I had had a great experience the first time I went. I don't see myself going again. my food was ice cold when I received it before I left the place. I can nook it at home, which I did and it was very tough and chewy. not a good experience at all. I asked for garlic butter, got none.

12/21/2017 Logans Road House Lloyd Crossing Shopping Center Evansville, IN. I ordered onion brew steak, was eating my salad and realized that I had left my phone in the car. I was waiting on an important call from my corporate office. Went to car parked directly outside the main entrance. I was gone less than a minute. Came back and my table was cleared, drink, salad, rolls and silver ware. Waitress apologized and told me that the busser thought that I had left. Waitress got me another drink no salad no rolls no silver ware. Waitress then brought out my food. Told here to make it to go, she brought me a takeout container told her that I did not have any silver ware. She brought me a packet of plastic utensils. Still had no silver ware so I put my food in the take out container with my fingers. Told her get me a MANAGER. Manager came (JOSH) told him what had happened. Was billed entire cost of meal? Didn’t get to eat my salad or rolls.

Being overcharged taxes, first ticket shows only $3.00 on tax liquor and food, after giving tax exempt card it was $8.00.

What happened you used to have good steaks the food was pretty good now I will not even eat there the only thing I do is go and drink beer. what happ-ened to the items that were good like the 3 chicken wings on a squver, they you removed them from the menue were good. I can remember when the place used to be crowded no more a lot of people will not eat there because of the quality of the food. I f you are trying to close the place up then just lock the doors. get the quality up don't wory about the price when people go out to eat they expect to pay for good food

Upon arriving at Logans, I ask if I could look around to see if my party was there yet. In looking around, all the tables in the back and on the right side were empty. When my party arrived, we were told we would have a 45 min wait to bew seated. I ask the girl at the check in desk why since all those tables were empty. She said she didn't have enough waiters for those sections and we would have to wait. This dinner was for my son in laws birthday. So we left and went to another place to eat. My son in law said he will not return to Logans. I have a $50.00 gift card and may not get to use it now.

I arrived and ask if I could look aronf for my party. The tables in the back and on the right side were all empty. When my party arrived, total of 6 people, we were told there would be a 45 min wait to be seated. I then ask the girl at the check in desk why we would have to wait 45 ,min when she had all the back tables empty. She said she didn't have enough waiters for that location and if we wanted to be seated we would have to wait 45 min. Sowe decided to ea at a different place. My son in law sai he would not come back to Logans. The dinner was for his birthday.

me and my grandson went to logan's to get a bite to eat. we sat down just like I usually do and ordered my favorite ribeye steak, mash, and mac n cheese and a salad. I order me a milagro platinum too. I drink that before dinner. We were in trussvile logan's .Well I told them I wanted the steak well done and they made it medium well it was a little red inside. so I ate it anyway and my grandson had chicken tenders. we ordered another order of the same thing. I told her what I couldn't eat I would take the rest home with me. so we waited and waited so I told the waitress to cancel the order they was taking too long. so we sat there waiting on my check to come and the police came to my table.He says mam how much did you have to drink tonight. said just this glass what I have so he went back to the manager. the manager called them and said I was drunk, what it was he got mad because I didn't want the other food I ordered. The police saw I wasn't drunk so his next step was giving me a trespassing warning if I ever come back there again. I usually come there once a week so I think he's just prejudice because a black woman has a nice Cadillac and comes there every week to eat. I guess on his salary he can't afford that.but in the mean time I'm a government worker and security guard or a fortune 500 company, which he didn't know so we gonna see what the outcome of this restaurant gonna be. I'm gonna call the naacp and al Sharpton to come to Birmingham and we gonna rally logan's. I told him I was from new York but I guess he didn't believe it. I'm gonna do all I can to make sure the government closes the one in Trussville down because they a very prejudice. all restaurants that practice discrimination need to be shut down and I mean shut them down!!

My family goes to this resturant about 3 times a month. But the last 4 months, we have tried to pick up and bring home. Every time they either don't have everything you ordered or it is not ready when you arrive. But last night was it for me! (3-25-13) Our home is about 20 miles from this resturaunt. We ordered our food at 7:30 pm. We left at 7:40 to go pick up. We arrived at appr. 8:oo pm. We sat in the vehicle about 5 mins. before I decided to go in. Went in at 8:05 pm. and they immediately told me my order is not ready. I took a seat to wait. I waited another 10 min. I asked again, response was it is still not ready. It is now 8:15. I walked outside to speak with my wife. I walked back in at 8:25, still not ready. I.
waited untill 8:35, then I told the one who took the order I had to go, I could not wait any longer. When I left I called the resturaunt and asked for the manager(Ron) , who seemed to not really care about what had happened. I hung up the phone, still in shock about what had happened tonight. Called OUTBACK resturaunt, my order was ready in 15 min. Spent 54.00 dollars with them. Great service, Great food. Management needs to check on Logans Roadhouse in Meridian MS if it is going to stay in business here. I work in MS and AL, picking up food a lot. It is just terrible that this Logans Roadhouse will not be on my list anymore.
