I have been playing your games for quite a while and even won 1 game and thank you for the $100.00 sent as stated. But I am very disappointed with your new format in regards to the tournaments for since starting in the beginning of March of this year I have been dropped from tournament games many times and is not allowed to return to game. I even bought the state of the art new I phone and it has only gotten worse! Why can’t your web site or servers handle the load of people who desires to play longer that 4 hours or less. As you are well aware there is absolutely no opportunity to even think of ever winning a game. Sadly I miss my older phone for I never had any issues like this. As of today I can no longer even get on your site to even try to play and having to turn phone from one mode to the other just to keep playing is very very very disappointing!
I am in hopes that you will look into the problem and work on correcting the issue if not then l have no choice but to move on to another web site to play games even tho I will lose the chance of winning a few dollars if I can!
Thank you for your attention to this frustrating issue that has totally got out of hand and may cause me and others to leave your site if they are experiencing the same issue.
