Bad Data Protection

I have received (given one of staff) fax from RHB which is due to failure of answering call.

Here, I would like to highlight few things:-

1) Why should the CS Mr.Khairul 03-27763120(direct line) fax to my office?
Common sense, the office fax not personally belong to a staff which will received by other staff ex: HR or other staff need to pass to me. Now, the data protection loss here. Customer information reveal + "mengacau customer di tempar kerja". This is not so professional and proper way. So what you call this?I am no longer attached to the company.

2) Why they have to or call my reference? - the phone no given is for reference purpose, they are not my "penjamin" and this is totally "kacau orang".

3) Why its so hard to update my contact details & information thru hotline. Many time request said they will call me back until now nothing. WTH? Client can't update their details ar? seriously RHB F.
