Missleading Photos

I have been studying the comparison photos of Luminique and Bellaplex products between day 5 and day 14, and the shine in the eye and all so the hair is exactly the same in both photos.
There is no way possible that the hair could be brushed or combed exactly the same 5 days later.
I am of the belief they are the same photo that has been Photoshopped to give the allusion of the product making a remarkable improvement.
