billing my account without permission

these companies originally were to send samples (obviously a scam) they never sent samples and have been billed 4 times, 5/1/16 luminque.com 1800157410 98.23 5/1 bellaplex.com 1800157640 $98.25 21.1.16 Hyd.luminique.com 9280734455 $11.86 and 20.1.16 bellaplex.com. 1800157410 $11.88
My credit union told me to cancel card and they are pursuing these people. What scam
