This company has no intention of giving your money back.they don't care about what their product can or cannot do for you.it does say trial it for 3or 4 weeks .but they expect you to pay to cancel it.how can a company like this be able to still operate.NEVER NEVER NEVER give your card number to them,if you have cancel your Card.BETTER Safe then SORRY!and cancel all order online if you cannot get hold of them by phone.
