Bad service

Unlike many others, apparently, I had no trouble receiving the glass shelf I ordered. Since I determined that it wouldn't work in a bathroom remodel, I have tried repeatedly to get a return authorization from the company. My calls to customer service have been forwarded to an answering machine which takes the message, but - you guessed it - no one returns my call. This outfit gives internet shopping a bad name. How hard can it be to just answer the phone?

Bad service

Guys above are still luck compared with me. I have waited for 4 months after several promises of 'a couple of weeks'. And then they surprised me with another 2 months further waiting. I think I will be waiting for my orders to arrive until after they go out of business.
