Auto recharge

Plz cancel my lyca mobile auto recharge. Am abroad now and not using the sim for past 2 months but it's getting auto recharged for $25 every month. Plz cancel the same.. no 0420646167

Lyca waste of Time/Money

Dear all !

Read below what Lyca mobile Customers has to share with you. I after having a bitter experience with Lyca decided to share my part with dear all and strongly suggest you not to under any circumstances even think of Joining Lyca, They are bad customers service,Liars an d does not deliver their promise. joining lyca will be nothing but a waste of money and the time. i lodged a complaint about Lyca Poor net work, call quality a month ago. Month later i noted that my complaint was closed with comments that there was not an issue with net work, i decided to take my concerns further and a Guy aamir of customers Care Team from Uk promised to get back to me next morning and never did, this ugly man should be fired, Than comes in Nancy paul the complaint Manager promised not delivered. i waited 54 minutes and 49 Seconds and that is an ugly and smelly Joke. You do not get what you have paid for from Lyca. I urge and encourage Unhappy lyca customers to cancel their service, name and shame them. in my case Lyca has accepted the Liability that my allegations are genuine one but they are not willing to do anything. I am happy to support Unhappy lyca customers Please e mail me your Experience with lyca and i promise to name and Shame lyca for you. they promise you get say @ cents a Minute to a countr5y but you do not get that, Net work is bad they cheat you on timing , customers service stincks, Managers are incompetent, They do not honour their promise. let us be united to drive these scammers out of business. i will continue sharing with you

Really poor customer service. I've been on the phone for 1hr and 30mins now trying to speak to someone! The only person talking to me is the lady telling me that "Please ensure that your call is important to us. One of our representatives will be with you shortly". Lycamobile I'm not sure what your meaning of "shortly" is but, I'm sure it doesn't mean 1hr and 30mins and still counting.... To anyon e looking to use their service, STAY AWAY !. Couldn't get internet on my phone, cannot turn off auto renewal on super saver plan and there is no MMS. (hence why trying to speak to customer service) .....30mins later I've finally got internet working on my phone but, it's really slow. That is probably why they give you 5GB. If you are happy to just talk or text with no MMS, really slow internet and waiting on the phone to customer service for more than and hour then this is a goo

Shocking.... Don't waste your time with Lycamobile. They don't value to be even named. Awful, Awful... Why I should even star them? NIL/ZERO star



THE WORTH CUSTOMER SERVICE


Whenever you call customer service for any problem , you need to wait at least 1 hour for someone to pick up the phone , its like one person assist the whole company . on the top of that you will be lucky if this person know how to deal with your problem .

The customer service is the worst I ever had!!!!
After more than 112 minutes waiting customer representative that cannot speak English ended up hanging up on me.
Currently I don't know what is going on with my porting request and I don't want to deal with Lycamobile anymore but I don't know how to stop porting request.











Lyca Service is Dire

I am a tourist in Australia and accidentally bought the Lycamobile sim card. This is a cheap rate but so is the service. Once you have paid for the service, you never get it. I have tried to call them but there is never any response. I would recommend all tourists never use this crap mobile company. I wasted 20AUD for the terrible service and had changed to the other immediately.

I transferred my number from Dodo to Lycamobile 5 days ago and I am appalled at their phone, data and customer service. How are these people allowed to be in business?? I thought Australia had better standards than this. I can not understand how they get away with being so dodgy. My phone cuts out every single time someone calls me, I can not get internet access (even when I'm in the middle of tow n), I get stupid messages after every call saying that my last call was free (clearly not seeing as I am paying for it!), It took me 5 goes to get them to transfer my dam number, their customer service reps can't seem to understand what I say to them so nothing gets done apart from leaving the call absolutely frustrated, my line breaks up almost every call so people are always telling me that It's cut out, plus I end up on hold for way too long when I need to speak to them. Don't even waste your time or money!!!
