hidden charges and unauthorized charges

Avoid lycamobile like the plague. Shitty customer service. Since I set up auto top up this company has charged me 5 times at $20 each when I have only had service for 3 months and the service plan I have is only $19 per month. Why do they have this crappy auto top up thing rather than just charge my credit card $19 per month like any other legitimate cell company. This way they can charge you as many times as they want. Very shady business. And when I called customer service after waiting 15 min for a rep I was disconnected after 10 min of explaining the over charge to the rep. I called back again waiting 15 min for a rep. This time I told them to take down my number and call me back if disconnected. But the rep told me they dont do outbound calls. How convenient? 10 minutes into the call when things get a little heated, again disconnected. I'm pretty sure its not the phone dropping the connection but the rep hanging up. So I call a third time again waiting 15 min for a rep. This time I immediately ask to speak with a supervisor. Rep puts me on hold to see if a supervisor is available to speak to me. The rep comes back and ask me why I want to talk to a supervisor. Again I explained the over charges. And again phone disconnects. So I'm done dealing with this shitty company and I call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Credit card company labels the charges as fraudulent and will open an investigation. In the meantime they canceled my card and will issue me a new one. Of course I have also already stopped auto top up. And needless to say I will no longer use lycamobile. As soon as my service ends I'm going to another provider.
I looked over my call history and saw they charged me 30 cents for a call to a California number. The $19 plan is supposed to be unlimited calling. And that was only from looking on the first page of my call history. If you sign into your my lycamobile online account you can view call history and top up history. Its done in a way that is very confusing and easily hides illegitimate charges. This company is shady shady. I would not be surprised if there is a class action lawsuit against this company in the future. Stay away from them. I went to them to save money but instead am paying more with wasted time and money.
