Insult & assault by the driver

I am Lipiara Jaman. I called a lyft yesterday (11/8/18) about 12:42 pm by my health insurance. License plate # 7UUB264, White Toyota corolla, driver name Eseosa. He couldn't find out the building. Finally when he came I get on the cab & told him if u don't know u can ask the security officer ' where is Doctors Tower'. He replied I am not gone a ask. I told him why. He told me get out from my cab ### ###.I don't need your money. I am a pregnant woman.He dropped me off by pressubyre on the street. Again I called a cab & go home.. I was astonished what type of behavior & attitude from him. I call lyft few times a week. I never faced like this attitude.

Driver sign-on bonus

$500 driver sign on bonus is false advertisement and under a tax exempt labor provision. I signed up for lyft and followed the prompts throughout to claim the $500.00 sign on bonus. As I neared the end of the application, the bonus detail had been taken away. I inquired via email at their support portal, and they replied that I had missed the deadline. I replied back that there isn't a deadline posted on the advertisement for a $500.00 sign on bonus that I am as I type this email am looking at, reading it. Nowhere does it say "must enter by" etc. There is no deadline! Where is my $500.00? Someone new replied stating that I didn't meet the requirements of 100 rides in a month. I replied back thst I signed up yesterday ,so no, it would be impossible to give 100 rides in a month if only given a day, even if i gave 1000 in an hour if the requirement is 100 in a month, seeing as how I haven't been given a month. Where is my $500.00? Days went by this time as if I'd forget. I resent the email and they replied with the "Driver compensation tips, wages, guidelines" section from their application. I replied "nice try jackasses!" Where is my $500.00? Again, someone new replied back with "the $500.00 bonus is subject to regional eligibility and not available in your area" ... I replied back with, "What is my area"? And where is my $500.00? They didn't reply... weeks later, I tried again hoping they forgot like they did with me. I said hey dickheads! Where is my $500.00? They replied with $ the $500.00 have been discontinued, but we have a $250.00 and $100.00 for new driver only and you are no longer considered a new driver. I said I was a new driver before you duscontinued the $500.00 bonuses and I never got paid... Where is my $500.00???

I'm still waiting for a response, but I'd imagine they are having to brainstorm night and day to come up with a viable excuse this time... wouldnt they have saved money by just paying me the $500.00 Instead of the roundtable of morons that are supposed to come up with lies and damage control from their own shitty promos?

Idiots! Where is my $500.00?
