customer service

The customer service at M&T drive thru is horrible, you sit there for 6 or 7 minutes before anyone looks up to greet you then it takes another 10 minutes to get a receipt or money. If it's busy that is one thing, however this always happens....I let it go for a long time.
I'm fed up now enough to leave the bank I've been banking there since 1981.

I doubt this will do any good.
