I had booked a 2 BHK flat with M/s ANSAL, Lucknow and paid 30% of cost which is Rs. 5.50 Lakhs as on June 2012 to them.
Even after 6 years neither they give possession of Flat to me nor refund my Principal amount with Penal interest of 18 % per annum , which amounts to Rs. 14.50 Lakhs approx.
They are not responding at all
Please help in getting justice. I am a retired man who depositrd the money from hard earned Provident Fund.
