My wife and I purchased several pieces of leather furniture from Macy's and also purchased the protection program. The sales representative shared with us that after the 7 year protection plan that we could apply for a rebate back from the insurance firm that offers the plan. We called and they shared with us that we were not eligible for said rebate. No where in the material provided did it state that the phone to them had to be before 90 days after the 7 year period of time.

A phone call to the local Macy's Customer Service team shared with us that they could not do anything on our behalf either.

This program is absolutely NO GOOD to the consumer whatsoever. I will never shop for furniture at Macy's ever again and will tell all of my friends never to shop their or purchase a Worry No More protection plan from anyone who offers it.

Macy's and Worry No More should absolutely be ashamed of themselves - DO NOT SHOP THERE everybody!
