Worry No More is SCAM

I purchased an entertainment center from Macy's and was told the service plan covered my product. After six years of sitting in the same one of the three pieces shifted and caused a crack. The service technician came out and realized the damage was structural and was unable to fix my issue. After several weeks and several calls to the customer service department I was told I would be getting an answer by the end of the day. My answer is as follows: "Based on the information that was reported, the damages or stains were caused by an act of God or nature. Damage caused by humidity which is excluded from the warranty coverage. Please refer to your protection plan for specific coverage and exclusion information." Which is the company's way of not paying for my furniture repair which I paid for.
