I returned the purchase to Macy's in Tully store from Aug 2015. On Sep 2015 I saw my refund appear on Acct. Then on Oct 2015 I did not see anything. I called the Macy's credit card and asked them, they told me that they sent the check to my house. I aske how long they told 2 weeks. After that I did not receive anything I called again they told maybe someone took it. I asked request another with different address but they cannot because it took so long because I need to signature for change the address. Finally I accepted sending another one the same address but I still didn't receive. I called them, the First Lady I meet she told me that they sent check refund and I received on Oct. I told that I did not, please check it again on every statement from Aug. then she transferred another lady and this lady check and told that me right. So crazy to the customer. Then I asked them what happened she told she did not know why.I told that I can change the address for send another check she told it took 1 month. Another, I asked her that if I requested refund the credit my statement , she told that it took 1 circle that meaning 1 months. When we discussed we lost the connection. Nobody called me again. On Nov I waitted for new check gone in but not. I called them requested refund credit on my acct. they told me that Jan4 2017 I will see, but I did not see anything. I do not believe any more from the Customer. I think that if I do not follow the payment I will lost my money because every month I still make the payments for them but they did not get my money back. Last week, I called them request the check to the different address they told me that Feb 4 , 2017 I will receive. I do not know I can believe them or not. How do u think when the refund from Aug 2015 until Feb 4, 2017. I told the girl's name is Bon that I want to close the acct with Macy because is bad service. I sent a lot of email and called but they did not respond to me. They always told me that waiting for 1 months. I know another company did not do like that. They sent another check after 1 weeks. Sometimes they sent only 3 days and letter explaining for that trouble. But Macy did not, now I did not receive anything from Macy's credit customer service.
