I purchased Worry No More in 2013, and did not have a claim filed. I called to get my voucher only to have customer service give me a run around to avoid giving me the voucher. I eventually received my voucher ONLY to find out I could not use it on ANYTHING but another worry no more product (a high end product). I was told I could use this voucher, same as cash. After spending 2hrs in my local Macys, where they had NO idea how to process the voucher, I have now spent multiple days on the phone where no one knows how to use this voucher. Such as waste of my money!

Fees charged on zero balance

I received my bill form Macys. I had a zero balance but it showed I owed $2.00 for fees. I thought....OH THIS IS A SCAM! I have been a Macys customer for years and always pay my bills but I knew I had a zero balance this month which is why I looked at the statement. I immediatley called and went through the automated teller options. It led me to payments and looked up my account. It then asked if I was questioning the "FEES" so i pressed the number on my phone to assert the answer YES. It then responded, "WE WILL REVERSE THE $2.00 charge you are inquiring about. SO THIS IS A LEGAL ISSUE. How may THOUSANDS of Macys customers are not looking at their statements which have a ZERO balance and are being charged without knowing. This screams class action suit to me. I have no idea how many months in the past this has happened nor do I have the time to check. I am going to cancel my Macys card tomorrow after being a patron for years. Maybe over the years they took $20 or $100 dollars from me......but the question is....HOW MANY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS HAVE THEY scammed from their credit card members

charges $2

Macys has charged me 3 months in a row $2 each month ... if I miss this $2 payment they add Late fees --
I dont think this fair and there is no-one to complaint to.

Interest charged on a zero balance

I paid off my Macy's card before the due date. I received a bill for $2.00. I called macy's, I asked the rep to explain to me how they calculate a the interest from a zero balance, the rep was unable to explain what it was for. I explained to her that every time I pay off the card i always receive a $2.00 bill even though the total balance is paid before the due date. I got nowhere with Macy's so I paid it by the due date anyway. Then I received another bill for $2.00.

It seems like an endless cycle. I am going to review all of my records to see how many times I have charged $2.00.

random $2.00 charge after I paid credit card off.

I paid my credit card off and following month I receive a statement with a $2.00 fee. I called and they removed it, but could not explain why it was there. I am glad I opened that statement because that $2.00 fee would have accumulated late fees and I would of been responsible for those. They should not be adding fees after you pay a balance off. Totally dishonest.

Two dollar charge

I paid my credit card bill in full and the following month I received a bill for $2.00 from Macys'. I called and didn't get anywhere.
This has never happened with any other credit card that I have.

Credit Card Fraud

Invoice Number# 340-0041-5936, R5251340004159367102 - Bill Amount: $58.71

I am someone who almost never shops. However on the 8th of Sept last year I stepped into The Macy's Sunnyvale store here in California to pick out a gift for a friend. The store assistant offered a Macy's card which would give me a discount of 20% on the due. When I asked her if it was a 'credit card' since I did not want another credit card - she said 'No it is not, it is a regular Macy's card'. So I asked her so is it like a debit card and she said 'ya something like that'

Against my better judgment when convinced by her that I would not incur any credit charges on the card and the way to pay and other details would be sent over mail to my address, I said yes sure go ahead and sign me up.

After so long I got a call from the collections people and I realized that no details were sent over mail (Macy's had the wrong address for me on their system). They had noted down the address from my driver's license instead of the home address I had provided in the store while signing up.

They expect me to pay late fee and credit charges and what not bringing a bill of original amount 58.71 to some 195 dollars. I feel that is completely unfair since Macy's is obviously at fault here.

I would like the charges to be reversed and my credit history cleared since I am not willing to be at fault here when Macy's has been clearly at fault here by noting down the wrong address and not informing me or trying to reach me over phone or email) and I see multiple such cases:

Please take corrective action and it is my humble request to not mislead customers trying to hand off credit cards by disguising them as 'regular macy's card'.

I have no issues paying the amount due on the bill (including the 4.99 discount) which would in total amount to 58.71 or 63.7 (including the discount). However I refuse to pay for the mistake made at Macy's end or have it reflect on my credit history in any way.

Terrible Insurance

I purchased a Furniture protection policy for a sofa set at Macys.
I have waited for over 6 months to get my sofa fix. They took 4 months to order a piece and when they finally got it.
They cancelled my claim.
I have email them many times, spend hours on the phone (awful phone service),,, this is the worse service and Macys should be ashamed of recommending customers to sign for this protection plan. I will NEVER buy in Macys,
