Customer service sucks
I had to call four times due to scheduling issues. I got a text message, 2 minutes later an automated voice call asking to call and make an appointment. Two hours later a french lady calls to schedule an appointment for the Friday. I said I could not confirm yet because I had to check with the person who would be there to open the door. The lady was not impressed. I apologized and said it was a little drastic to be contacted three times within half a day, she hung up on me. I had not been rude. I call back the next day to schedule the appointment, spoke with an English lady. She was perfectly pleasant and scheduled the appointment for Thursday of the next week. On Monday I get a text message and then a voice message 2 minutes later saying that the technician would be arriving Monday before noon. I call back, speak with another English lady to explain I never booked an appointment for Monday, but for Thursday. She replies that's odd because Thursday is full. Can we do Tuesday? Sure no problem. The next day, the technician never shows up. Wednesday morning I call back again for a 3rd time. I get to speak with the French lady from the first time, she says according to the system my appointment is scheduled for Thursday the next day. I tried to tell her what happened and that it was frustrating having to call back so many times. She cut me off, said that I should only have one address in my file. What?! I DO only have one address, I have clearly stated my address every time I called. She's says "well we have two names and addresses for your telephone number. Of course we're confused." Nobody ever mentioned that. She then hung up on me too.

bad boy
Have been trying to get a lazy boy chair repaired for the last year and a half with no results. Have contacted everyone told to and still no results. Have contacted BBB, CTV, manufacturer and waiting for CTV to contact me. Talked to manager of store and his boss with no results. Have the 5 year warranty which no one wants to honour.Warranty is still good until fall of 2017. These people do not care once you have bought the merchandise. What a way to do business.
