Rude Immigration Officer at Kuala Lumpur Airport

I travelled two weeks ago with my brother and our elderly parents. We were going to board a connecting flight from Penang to Sydney, Australia via Kuala Lumpur. After we arrived at KLCC 2 we head straight to the International transfer terminal which was quite a long walk and at the time it was only 7:20 am in the morning so the free buggy service was not available yet. We followed the sign in the aiport to the international terminal, along the way we saw a customer service point area but no officer there yet. We finally reached Customs and the four of us approached the officer’s cubicle. The officer impatiently told us to go on separate queue, he asked me for the boarding pass and when I told him the electronic boarding passes were on my brother’s mobile phone he went of the roof. Loudly saying “WHAT”. And with high pitch voice and rude manner he went on telling us for that we supposed to have printed boarding pass and we are not following the correct International transfer procedure (We would know what supposed to be done if there’s someone in the customer service area). I was so appalled with the way he treated us. Very unprofessional and not reflecting the country’s hospitality whatsoever. Shame on you!
