Credit card withdrawals without consent

Facebk Ads Fb.me/ads le pos Authorisation withdrew on Sat 13th $121.96 and Sun 14th Jun $124.56 From my credit account without any notice given to me. I want to know why?, who's responsible? and getting full refund. I will report this to the police if required if not money refunded asap.
