facebood ad charges

I have tried to contact Facebook and my credit card company to discontinue these Facebook ads. I see no value from them and you have notified me you are billing my credit card $250. I want a credit submitted and this account closed. If you choose to disconnect me from my personal Facebook pages so be it.

I also received Facebook charges monthly for what ever, in addition to the above amount. Explain these or refund these also.
