They hit my card 4 times within 2 minutes

I made an online purchase for a 3 day trial at .91 per day. They proceeded to take 4 charges back to back 3 for 1.02 each and another for 22.76. They tried to give me the run-around on my refund. So I told her I was going to report it to my bank as a fraudulent charge. They put me on hold they came back and said it would be back on in 1-10 days. I said NO today or the bank will be refunding it to me as a fraudulent charge.
That is a scam!!!!!
