i purchased a brand new Swift vdi car from m.u.l. thru m/s barckleys indl area phase i chandigarh on 30.10.2011. On third service, one car service centre of m.u.l. says that ordinary engine oil will be refilled, the other says that only synthetic engine oil will be refilled. What is the cost of engine oil (synthetic and ordinary) and quantity of engine oil may please be intimated. Whether the cost for wheel alignment and wheel balancing to be given by the owner or it is covered under the free service, this may also be intimated,
