The date of the stay was 10-28-19 checked out 10-29-19. This is needed for my expense accounting. Thank you

My name is Wang Jeck Hian, holder of Maybank Mastercard No: xxxx xxxx xxxx 0691.
For the past few months, maybe 6 months or more, I had not been receiving statements for my credit card mentioned.
Ironically, if I were to delay my payment, the statement will be send but not if I were to pay as early as possible through ATM.
As you properly realised yourself, your branches and ATMs are closing down, even ATMs have limited services and OUT OF SERVICE most of the time. This had forced me to make payment whenever convenient but with undesirable consequences - not getting any statement from you. This is not acceptable in any business relation and if you do value the reputation of Maybank.
Kindly send me statements of my maybank MasterCard account from July 2019 until the latest. Thanks
