Poor service

Me and my husband has been Maxis users for more than 15 years. On 17th July my husband had gone to the Maxis Centre in Seremban town to enquire on renewal of his contract. He wanted to renew his contract and purchase a RM 1 phone. Unfortunately, he was told to have bad payment records due to a few delayed payments. Hence he was categorized under C customer which does not entitle him to extend the contract and purchase a phone under the Maxis plan. He was told to show a good payment record for the next 6 months or pay for 4 months up front in order to sign up for the plan. Is this the normal, usual procedure by Maxis. Just a month ago we visited Maxis counter about the same matter and we were told we can purchase the Maxis plan with no issues and now suddenly the story changes. When we bought this plan 2 years ago we were not told regarding such rules. Is Maxis creating rules as they like and wish? We were never pre warned about customers being categorized into different categories based on payment records. Clearly, you do not wish to keep your customers. When my husband inquired regarding termination of his contract with Maxis, he was arrogantly told to go ahead if he wished to do so. We are very disappointed with your service. Not only your reception and data service is very poor but now you have proven that your counter service is worse. There are many other companies providing better plan than Maxis but we chose to stay with Maxis. Obviously this is a very big mistake. We will terminate the line and we will inform all our friends and family regarding your poor service. As for the delayed payments that my husband was accused of, please understand that your Maxis centre in Jusco Seremban 2 is very inefficient in terms of payment. Many a times when we go there to pay we will be told that they are off line. Even though the payments were delayed we always did pay the bills. But of course you choose to ignore that and the fact that we have been one of your oldest customer. As for your centre in Seremban town, you don't even have enough sits for your customers to sit down while waiting to be attended to. Shame on you Maxis. Clearly, you do not deserve any customers. You do not try to improvise but your seem to be working very hard to drive customers away.
