This is Majed Hossain i'm a Bangladeshi, Passport No: AE6521026, i'm staying in Malaysia since 2013, i was came in Malaysia with visit pass to visit the MBRS Sourcing sdn bhd, they offer me to work with them and once i agree to work with that company and stay in malaysia then they apply for my DP10 pass, i working with them , with 2 years Employment pass(DP10) they show my salary RM8050, but they didn't give me that amount and they put my position as an Oppression Controller, but i'm working as a manager actually i don't have any problem with that because they explain me if they didn't do that they can't get my DP10 pass faster that's why they do that,

after 1 years working with that company they said their business not good they don't want to continue any more then me and other employee tell them so why you make contract with us? then they replied me that if you want to work then you can apply other company but you can hold our company pass, at that time i don't have any choice and they did't give me 2 month salary also , they said they will deduct it for my visa purpose, then i trying to apply for the job by online but it's very difficult to get good job with holding other company pass, after that i get a job in a Hotel as an Executive,

i'm working with that Hotel one year, that hotel likes my work and they try to apply for my visa under the hotel but for some of the document issue they can't apply, and when my pass going to finished then i come to MBRS Sourcing sdn bhd, and ask them about my pass terminated or my Extend they said they will extend my pass but i have to pay them then i knew that company doing man power business, after that i agree with them for extend by RM14000 for more 2 years pass, because at that time i got a good job and if i go back Bangladesh at that moment it's very hard to get a job in Bangladesh that's why i agree,
but before they apply for DP10 pass they said i have to take a Special pass and for that i have to pay RM700 then i pay them and they give me a Special pass for 3o days, after 30 days i go again then they said my DP10 pass still under processing then i pay agin RM700 for another special pass , the second spacial pass they didn't give me but they said it's done and my DP10 pass will be done very soon , they hold my passport and told me once visa stamp in your passport then you come and collect,

after 2 weeks later i call them but the phone switch off i can't get anyone then i go to the office, there is nobody and the office was locked, i keep trying to get their information but i couldn't found and 2-3 months later i got their information, the guy Mr. Mizanur Rahman , Managing Dirctor of the MBRS Sourcing sdn bhd, go back to Bangladesh and he cheat with so many people , he took people money,

then i don't have any other way to go i just work with that hotel without any pass, now Malaysian government give chance for legalization then i apply for that under a cleaning service company with new passport by MYEG, but when i go for Immigration thumbprint the officer said my passport number is blacklist!!!!!!!!! the officer said at first i have to clear my blacklist then i can able to give immigration thumbprint, i ask the officer how my name blacklist and who did that then she replied me that my company did and only my company can clear this blacklist, and if i can't clear the blacklist i can't get any pass to stay in malaysia,

Now, the important things is my company people not in malaysia they already close everything before 2 years ago and if i can't clear the blacklist i can't do anything so what i do now could you please advice me with this issue? should i make a police report for my company owner or what i do? please help me i miss my family.
