I was standing in line at the Mc Donald's located on Sepulveda and Sherman Way waiting to give my order. A Hispanic lady had previously order ahead of me, got her food to dine in and asked the cashier something in Spanish about pollo (chicken). As I was standing waiting, the cashier began to take another order from the lady who had already gotten her food before taking my order. It is bad customer service to ignore the next person in line and take another order from the lady who was already served. As I complained to the manager of the day, she said ok and did nothing.

I work at the EDD and all of EDD are customers of this particular Mc Donald's. Because of the poor customer service and the rudeness of this person, Mc Donald's will no longer receive my business and many others.
