No more set meal

Is it true mc donald no longer sell medium meal .
I was at mc donald sg buloh and the cashier charged me for up size which i did not ask for .
The reason given is mc donald no longer sell medium meal ..all is upsize .

I need clarification on this...before i escalate to the authority .
