UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I feel really bad service provided by drive thru McD Cyberjaya on 21 April 2017 9pm. Me and my husband was received late responed from the sound machine.
Then they are not follow the checkpoint which is for the checkpoint "Pay Here" and "Pickup".
My hudband stopped to PayHere Station. After pay we received our food at the same station. And the most important things the staff greeting my husband with unprofessional way. She just call my husband "abang". Insted she call like that why don't she used professional word such as "SIR"? Why you applied professional service with professional greeting to forener only? And your professionalizm was desappear when come to Malay customer? I didn't get why must your staff trained such unprofessional service because PROFESSIONALISM IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. Hope you improved on this matter.
