Near the LDP highway McDonald, the staff very rude and bad attitude!!!!!
Firstly, I ordered a ala carte of McD chicken burger, but after a few second, I ask the staff change to SET and add on TaroPie. I still got point to the signboard and show to the staff that I want order the TaroPie.
But in the end the McD staff(a Indian lady) give me a set of McD burger set and ala carte burger!
I explain to the staff that the ordered was wrong. But the staff did not feel like want to change the order that she make wrong and show the slow motion.
After this McD staff show me a black face and THROW the TaroPie into my tray and tell me that the TaroPie haven't paid for it !
I explain to the staff AGAIN, I order a set of McD and TaroPie only, but the bill is a set of McD chicken and ala carte McD chicken.
The staff ask the manager to void the bill, and turn to another side use the Indian language talk loud to another staff to show out the unhappy face in front all the customer.
1.) the staff make wrong order, did not make any apology on it, still show bad face to customer.
2.) the attitude of the staff very rude
3.) Is this the correct attitude to work on front line?
4.) make wrong order still show the bad face.
I feel very disappointed to the LDP McD service. This is first time visit, maybe also will be the last time I visit there.
