Last night around 0100hrs Ive make and online ordering for delivery to my house. And the food should arrive around 0150-0205hrs. Suddenly when I get out from toilet at 0150hrs I've missed 2 phone calls from a number 0172679354(Delivery Guy Number) just a minutes ago. Then I make a call back and no answers. Then I try to call another 4 times because I know it was my mistake for not answering the 2missed call. But yet until now already 12 hours I still dont get my order yet. when I check with my McDelivery Apps said "Sudah Dihantar". What has happen to such a good service like McDelivery Malaysia? Just because one mcdonalds rider it will ruin all your good service? His not answering the call for 5TIMES and didnt give any feedback or make a call back! I hope you take action to that rider because Ive make an order to ny house maybe twice a week. So I hope a bad rider like that wouldnt make my craving to McDonalds gone. Sorry If Ive said anything wrong. Thanks.
