I was having my family day dinner at Mcdonalds which located at Petronas Miri.It should be an happy dinner untill mu order was served to my table.I order the iced mocha+belgium choc and other meals.When the mocha was served to me,i notice that something was missing...the whipping cream was not added on top,so,i went back to counter to ask and they just give me a very simple feed back...WHIPPING CREAM NO STOCK....This was not the 1st time they out of stock of thewhipping cream....out of stock for tomato sos,straw,large fries,pie...we pay to enjoy to eat what we want,we paid the full amount,but what we get was not macth to what we order....The store manager should check with there staff everyday about the stock....not just tell the customer NO STOCK....case close.....Its that the way Mcdonalds the bussines....I hope that HQ can take action to solve this case...transfer your man to Miri Petronas brach and teach them how to done they job....
