on 20th June , i was ordering my order at drive thru McDonald TPM and i ask for 5 set large drinks 4 coke and one milo . but they give me 4 milo and one ice lemon tea , for the products i ask for double spicy deluxe set , spicy deluxe set , triple cheese burger set , foldover mashwi set and one foldover mashwi no veggies ( just a flatbread , patties and harissa sauce ) BUT THEY GIVE ME PLAIN ! , i also add on 2 bubur cha cha pie . After done ordering my order , i've done my payment and they ask to park our car at the park area , so i wait about 7 minutes , and after they send it to us , they said " itu sahaja terima kasih " , i still remember the runner of drive thru is one of their manager named Bogen , and the order take is the chubby boy wearing the glasses , after they send it to us , ive check there is no bubur cha cha in there and there is no resit also ! so i going back to drive thru presenter and ask for my bubur cha cha and that chubby boy said Bogen already put in there , i said ive checked twice but there is no bubur cha cha , then he walk to take my pie , and i got one pie in red box and one in green box . I ask him is it bubur cha cha in the green box and he said No ,its apple pie , he also said , ' kalau nak bubur cha cha juga kena tunggu lah ' and i ask ' how long ' he said lama sebab belum masak . In that case you should inform us that your bubur cha cha was not done yet so we can cancel it . So far , this was my worst experience at mcdonalds ! it happend on 1:40 am
