I was asked to come help out with a rv show a friend of mine was doing. I was told airfare and hotel would be paid for as well as i would be working 10 days and would be paid in commission. Commission was to be split in half with me and my "team manager/sales closer". Together him and I sold around 6-7 RV's and I was told we made close to 40-50,000 dollars in commission. I turned in all my paperwork and gave copies of information to him, to give to his boss. Just as i was preparing to do another show my "team manager" called to tell me that i was not allowed to work another show due to a situation that happened at the hotel where police were involved. When asked why no higher management was contacting me and when i should recieve my pay, i got the answer of, you dont get any pay if you are fired. No manager has fired me. Can i still collect commission even if i was terminated. Do i have a case or should i also be suing the "team manager" as well due to he is a representitive of Mcmahons and promised me verbally half commission.
