I had taken a trial period pack of media crawler for $1.99 in order to read some books. This was valid for a 7 day period. However, i was not able to find the books that i needed. Instead, the trial period was extended into a permanent period for $69.99 for which i did not opt. I would be interested to know if i can request for a refund as its an unnecessary issue i got into.
