And last February 13 2015 I brought a brand new mercedes cla 45 AMG from fletcher jones Fremont They deliver this car to us then we found headlights has deep scratches on it when lights turn on. Then due to doubt we check full car and found even front bumper molding rear tail light and side glass panels and side mirror assembly has scratches. OMG shocking"........ So just text back to the sales person He replied no problem tomorrow bring the car I will fix it. ( really. It's brand new car FIX It). So when my wife went their to drop the car. A manager spoke with her. Oooooo this car has plastic headlights thasy it suppose to like that. Other cars have glass one thasy they don't have. Who makes him a manager of mercedes? If he don't know about mercedes basic parts and material. Gives us foolish reason. So funny THAT IF YOU DRIVING ANY NEW CAR EVEN 10 or 20 miles due to dust and wind those scratch comes out. I am a California certified mechanic who running a own shop and he is trying to ripp me off ? What about other common peoples? He don't know about his company reputation how mercedes design there parts for all kind whether ........" Finally I am paying for a brand new car. So this is my right to receive a brand new car. Not a test drive car with scratches. I have all proofs with me. I don't want go against Mercedes in media or court. Why mercedes.
