Dear Mercedes Benz worldwide representative

I have got C-180C (2015) from Mercedes Egypt in Middle of 2015. Few months later, The engine of the panoramic sliding sunroof has got severe problem. This problem was interpreted from Mercedes Egypt as Manufactured problem and they decided to replace this engine by new one from Germany. Since this time 2 engines have been imported from Germany but unfortunately the proficient engineers of Mercedes Egypt found that both new engines have problem and the Panorama problem can not be fixed. They also said that a new one has to be again requested from Germany for the third trial !!!!. However, we have to stay another couple of weeks and no one knows if this time will get a good spare part or will be facing again the same problem for the third time !!!!.

Actually, I don’t understand where the problem?. Is it logic that new spare part imported from Germany to be broken for the second time or is it a problem that no proficient ones in Egypt can fix this problem !!. There is something wrong in this story !!.

Suppose that the current problem is really related to spare part, Why should I suffer as a customer from this problem??. Is it my fault that I got car from Mercedes !!!. Mercedes knows that this car is 2015 and still in the warrantee and this problem is exposed couple of months after we have received the car which means that it is purely manufactured problem not manual mistake from the owner. Unfortunately, I did expect more positive reaction from Mercedes NOT like what I have seen now !!!.

I think, it is enough to that level to be suffering from manufactured problem meanwhile it is time to ask Mercedes for MORE practical decision .

Positive & final solution will be appreciated, Otherwise, I will have to use another channels that wouldn’t be good for Mercedes.
