On December 23rd, 2016 A man saying that he was here to repossess the loaner car that was lent to me while unexplained running of my engine which caused it to crack. I had gotten a phone call saying that Mercedes Benz dealership wanted their car back. So I returned the call saying that I would return the loaner car by the end of the day. About two hours later a man jumped out of a truck and into the loaner car trying to leave. So my boyfriend and I ran outside with me in the front of the car and my boyfriend on the side of the car; he proceeded to start the car and tried to leave. We're asking him who he was and why was he taking the car. He said that he was from Penske and was taking the car. In the process of him trying to leave he had nudged me four times with the car. Finally he stopped after my boyfriend had let him know that he was nudging me with the car and to stop. Now, I have called the dealership to explain the situation and I just got blown off. I ended up in the hospital about a week and a half later with contusions to both lower legs and a police report and still nothing from the dealership. What should I do??
