Engine failure GLC300 coupe

On 3rd August 2022 I had sent my car for further inspection to Cycle & Carriage Batu Caves Branch after the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the "grinding noises" from engine while driving and I was informed by the Technical advisor that further diagnostics tests need to be performed to identify the issue. It has been almost 3 weeks and the branch failed to provide the courtesy car as a replacement during this period and it was informed by the branch Manager that there is no availability of courtesy car up to date which is truly disappointing and unexpected from such a reputable car manufacturer.
Now, it has been confirmed that the vehicle will be replaced with a new engine for a car that only has 17k mileage and the ETA is expected 2 weeks and another additional 2 weeks at least until the car is ready for delivery. While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I can’t comprehend the fact that the engine failed at 17k mileage. This is not the type of product i would expect from a manufacturer of your size and reputation and worst still when they are unable to provide a replacement car and even after contacting the customer service Benz Malaysia it's the same response i received which contradicts your excellency service committed to your customer.

I find the situation very irritating. I wonder if this is standard practice at your shops or if this is the usual feedback that you receive from your customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales. !!! It's not fair for paying the instalment when I don't even provided an alternative(courtesy car).

So many problems for my new car c350e

I bought a new C350e in 2017. I really like it. I've always been a driver of BMW and BMW has made me so satisfied. So this time I chose Mercedes-Benz because I think Mercedes-Benz will be better than BMW is better, but I sat for six months, the problem began, the beginning is a voice of the rear seat tires, after the factory back to the factory to do the inspection .. no problem after the inspection .. I will continue to drive after .. and then 1- 2 months, start Brake has a problem ... Send back to the factory and then check the factory repair, there is no big problem ... ... Yesterday, I drove this car carrying my 2 sons before leaving less than 10 Kilometer drive, found behind the car is very shaky, immediately drive to a safe place, get off and see what happens in the end .. Results I see this situation ... What is the situation? My car bought a year, and this is new car...how can there be such a problem? I’m so disappointed.

No Airbags function during accident

The above register car have an accident in june month 2017, serious damages with 1 driver and 3 passengers seriously injured ..during the accident the above car registered number JQU688 safety airbags didn't function cause all passengers and driver injuries..all injuries passengers admitted to hospital.. i just want to know if all the car driver and passengers totally permanent disabled or death due to the safety reasons not working..how should Mercedes to respond this issue ?.. make a complaint to Mercerdes Benz malaysia till now no news at all..my car still keep in their workshop nearly going to 4 months..Germany headquarter sending engineers need to take 45days to reach malaysia to investigate the issues..till today no answer..i buy this car because of the safety and luxury..but for my experience is not a safety car. really traumatic about this accident issues.hope that Mercedes should give me a explanation on this issue. i keep paying my installments for this car but i can't use it.
Mercedes still keep holding my car and didn't answer me until today..it's fair to me?
I keep calling to them.. result is no answer from Germany ! I requested for courtesy car but rejected by malaysia mercedes headquarter.i feel disappointed and desperate your management handled my issues..hope that my issues can solve as soon as possible before i posted all the car images in the media
