(1) I sent my car to my mercedes benz dealer workshop at Brooklyn on Dec 31 at about 8 am to fix a noise problem coming from back of car. The videos recording the noise were given to the company. The service advisor promised that I could get back the car by Jan 4 Tuesday.

(2) When the company did not deliver as promised, i visited the company. The car was not repaired. But I saw the car's windshield was cracked and there were scratches on the car. I sent an email of complaint on Jan 15 2016 to the company's management. There was no response from the company's management but the service advisor called me to say that they were still trying to detect the problem and to repair it. He said he would also fix the crack on the windshield and the scratches.

(3) On January 20, the service advisor called me to pick up the car. He claimed it had been fixed. On receiving the report at the workshop, I was shocked to find that the workshop had driven my car for 88 miles (equivalent to the distance between Brooklyn and Hampton Bay!). Also the scratches were not totally fixed.

(4) The company now denied that the scratches were not their faults.


(5) The service advisor said that if the car could not be repaired, I could complain to the Mercedes Benz USA.

(6) When I called the MB USA Corporate customer care and told them my car was driven for 88 miles by the dealer's workshop, they sounded shock on hearing this. Testing of car does not need 88 miles. They also took 22 days for the work.

(7) According to the report, they drove my car 'at various speed'. This is another area I am not happy about.
