Falsifying service records

I purchased a new Mercedes in November 2017 from Modesto Mercedes Benz. I take it in for the first service on 02/15/18 to find out my service records were falsified by their technician. The safety and maintenance inspection was not really done or completed even though I was given a form verifying the inspection was completed. The technician falsified my result as if he completed the inspection and really did not. I only found out because I discovered my tires were bald which almost caused me to have an accident on the freeway and possibly go off a mountain. The technician indicated during my tire inspection the threads were 10/32 with only 10543 miles on the tires when in fact it was 6/32 & 3/32 which is the recommend time to replace a tire. The tires were brand new on a new car and they are just about bald and totally unsafe. The dealer solution was for me to buy two more tires at dealer cost being $600 plus disposal and they would be willing to fix the rim that got scratch from the pot hole. When I tried to take the vehicle back for the repairs I was told they are too busy to take my vehicle. Damn my safety. I will be sending emails and complaints to the entire Mercedes hierarchy and see if anyone of them care about my safety or the dealership that is falsifying service records and jeopardizing customers safety. BAD BUSINESS. The service manager apologized and acknowledge that they got caught at doing wrong which don't change this situation. The next day the service manager called me speaking very aggressive and loud because I gave them a bad review on Yelp. When I told her what happen about me bringing the car in she indicated it was my responsibility to contact her if someone didn't get her instructions not write a review. She was very rude to me and disrespectful to be Mercedes Benz service manager.
